Your Ember Charging Coaster Is Covered for LifeUpdated 15 days ago
Every Ember charging coaster is covered by a lifetime warranty, whether it came with Ember Mug 3, Ember Mug 2 or the original Ember Mug. If your coaster ever stops working, we'll replace it.
What's covered
Any Ember charging coaster that stops charging or powering your mug, for as long as you own it. That includes the charging pins on the coaster.
What isn't covered
Coasters purchased from unauthorized sellers, and damage from things like immersion in water or dishwasher use (the coaster is not dishwasher safe). If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, submit a request anyway. We'd rather take a look than have you guess.
Before you request a replacement, make sure the power cable is pushed all the way into the back of your coaster. A cable that isn’t fully seated is a common reason a coaster stops charging.
How to request a replacement
- Go to ember.com and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select Request Warranty Service.
- Fill out the short form. Have your order number or proof of purchase handy if you have it, plus a quick description of what the coaster is doing (or not doing).
A member of our customer experience team will follow up with next steps. Most coaster requests are resolved without needing to send anything back.
Does this apply to my Ember Mug or Mug 2 coaster?
Yes. The lifetime coaster warranty covers every generation of Ember Mug charging coaster, not just the one that ships with Mug 3. The mug itself is covered by our standard 1-year limited warranty.
Keep your coaster happy
