The charging coaster that comes with Ember Mug 3 is covered by a lifetime warranty. If your coaster ever stops working, we'll replace it. No time limit, and no need to hang on to your receipt for years.
What's covered
Any Ember Mug 3 charging coaster that stops charging or powering your mug, for as long as you own it. That includes the charging pins on the coaster.
What isn't covered
Coasters purchased from unauthorized sellers, and damage from things like immersion in water or dishwasher use (the coaster is not dishwasher safe). If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, submit a request anyway. We'd rather take a look than have you guess.
How to request a replacement
- Go to ember.com and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select Request Warranty Service.
- Fill out the short form. Have your order number or proof of purchase handy if you have it, plus a quick description of what the coaster is doing (or not doing).
A member of our customer experience team will follow up with next steps. Most coaster requests are resolved without needing to send anything back.
Does this apply to my Ember Mug or Mug 2 coaster?
The lifetime coaster warranty is specific to the Ember Mug 3 charging coaster. Earlier-generation coasters are covered by our standard 1-year limited warranty.
Keep your coaster happy
