Cold Tumbler Warranty and Replacement PartsUpdated an hour ago

What the warranty covers

The Cold Tumbler comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. That includes the glass vessel, the lid and its seal, the straw, and the base bumper.

Not covered: damage from drops or impacts, and normal wear like scratches or discoloration.

If your glass cracked or broke

Stop using the tumbler and dispose of the glass safely. Then request warranty service using the steps below and include a photo. Our team will take a look and get back to you quickly.

Can I buy a replacement straw, lid, or seal?

We do not sell individual replacement parts for the Cold Tumbler at this time. Two options:

  1. If a part arrived missing, damaged, or failed during normal use within the warranty period, request warranty service.
  2. If you want a spare lid or base, the Cold Tumbler Accessory Kit includes a new lid and base bumper in your choice of color. See Changing Colors with the Cold Tumbler Accessory Kit.

Things that are not warranty issues

A few things customers sometimes report are how the Cold Tumbler is designed to work, and a replacement would behave the same way:

  • The outside feels cool, or shows some condensation, when the drink is very cold. Double-wall glass reduces this but does not eliminate it.
  • Ice melts sooner than in a vacuum-insulated stainless tumbler. The Cold Tumbler is glass with an air gap, not a vacuum bottle.
  • The lid lets liquid out when the tumbler is tipped or laid on its side. The 2-way lid is not leak proof.

If any of these bother you and you are inside the return window, you are welcome to start a return. See How do you start a return?
