When a courier collects and scans your package from our facility, we are unfortunately not able to influence or ask for any further details beyond what you can see in their online tracking portal. In some instances the courier can miss a scan at a facility, which will make it look like your package has not moved for several days. Most often, your package will still be delivered on time, but if you have passed 15 business days and it has not moved, please do reach out to us on support@ember.com so we can investigate the matter further.
