Can I cancel my Ember order?
Please reach out as quickly as possibly if an online order has been placed. Once an online order is placed, we send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my Ember store order?
After you place an order it cannot be modified. This includes adding or removing items, changing the credit card used for payment, or changing the delivery address.
How can I return my product?
Ember offers a 30-day money back guarantee for US orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from the Ember store, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund with a valid receipt. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply*.
To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product, please contact Ember Support and enter “Return My Ember” in the subject line. In the body please be sure to include your Name, and Order #, and a brief description for why you are returning your Ember. Once we receive your request, we will email you a shipping label.
After we receive your product, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.
